How to Apply

Galleries are invited to complete this online form to apply for a stand at Buy Art Fair 2013

bullet Gallery background (no more than 100 words)
bullet 5 digital images that clearly represent the style of work you intend to show
bullet Range of media you intend to show
bullet List of the artists with 50 word biographies
bullet Total number of pieces you intend to show over the 4 days
bullet Price range of pieces – there is no upper price limit at Buy Art Fair
bullet Size of stand required (m²)

All applications will be assessed to ensure a mix of the highest level of work is presented at the event and to avoid the same artist being represented on more than one stand.

Selection Criteria

bullet There are no geographic restrictions for galleries.
bullet All exhibitors must show original work and all work must be for sale.
bullet Digitally produced reproductions of artwork already existing in another form are not allowed at Buy Art Fair.
bullet The decision of the organiser is final and based on the selection criteria

Prices

Stands start from £944+VAT for a 4 square meter stand which will give you 6m of wall space. Additional space is available from £236 per square meter.

Individual Artists

NB: Please note that at present we are not accepting applications from individual artists. However if you would like your gallery or artist collective to be contacted please email Sophie Helm.

Prints

Prints on sale must be authographic prints - that is involving the “hand of the artist” in their production. Mass produced reproductions even if high quality ink jet (giclee) or screenprint are not acceptable. Artists & photographers working digitally can exhibit ‘giclee’ prints but they must be of the highest possible quality using proven colourfast inks, high quality paper and of a limited edition (editions up to 25 acceptable).
