How To Apply

Galleries are invited to complete to apply for a stand at Buy Art Fair 2009.

 Please click here to complete your entry online

• Gallery Background (no more than 100 words)
• 5 digital images that clearly represent the style of work you intend to show.
• Range of media you intend to show
• List of the artists with 50 word biographies
• Total number of pieces you intend to show over the 3 days
• Price range of pieces – there is no upper price limit at Buy Art Fair
• Size of stand required (m2)

All applications will be vetted by a qualified team from the Urbis Creative Team to ensure a mix of the highest level of work is presented at the event and to avoid the same artist being represented on more than one stand.

1. There are no geographic restrictions for galleries or artists.
2. All exhibitors must show original work and all work must be for sale.
3. Digitally produced reproductions of artwork already existing in another form are not allowed at Buy Art Fair.
4. The decision of the organiser is final and based on the selection criteria.
