Exhibitor Manual - Forms & Downloads

It is obligatory that the following forms are completed by all exhibitors.

 Operations Contact - To be completed by the person responsible for the pre-planning and setting up of your stand. Please note that all exhibitor information issued pre-show will be sent to the contact given.

 Exhibitor Passes - It is essential that the organisers have details of all personnel who will be working on your stand during the build up, open and breakdown periods. 

 Health & Safety Declaration and Disability Discrimination Compliance - It is a requirement of the organisers and venue that one person is nominated as Health & Safety representative for the exhibiting company.

 Risk Assessment - Completion of this form is a statutory requirement.

 Stand Activity - Completion of this form is essential to ensure that any activities that you plan to carry out on your stand comply with the venue's rules and regulations. 

 Shell Scheme Name Board - Use this form to confirm the company name that you wish to have on your stand's fascia board.
