A Collector's Collection

Buy Art Fair is delighted to welcome back Dr. Mark Turner, an established Northern based collector of contemporary art. Last year saw a large selection of key pieces from Mark’s extensive collection on display illustrating the journey that he has been on as a collector from early purchases through to the latest installations.

This year we continue the theme of Mark’s journey by focusing on two of his favourite artists Jamie Shovlin and Gordon Cheung highlighting Mark's practice of collecting in depth. Visitors will be able to view recent purchases of Jamie Shovlin’s work and some quite spectacular Gordon Cheung pictures.
